How it works

Our system is designed to help you find an affordable and unique investment plan based on your needs. It’s really quite simple — here’s how it works.

(Already have some investment experience under your belt? Choose your own funds from Sanlam Investments’ award-winning portfolio range.)

1Set a goal

Let’s face it, we all have dreams. The first step toward reaching yours is deciding what it is and how much it’s going to cost.

2Set your contribution

Even our greatest challenges are overcome one step at a time. Here you’ll need to tell us the minimum monthly amount you’d be able to contribute toward reaching your goal.

3Pick tax free

If you’re investing less than R33 000 a year, your gain on that investment is tax-free. All you need to do is pick the tax-free option when building your plan.

4We’ll find a fund

Once you’ve told us what it is you want and what you’re willing to put towards it, we’ll find the right combination of funds from the Sanlam Investment Portfolio for you to invest in. You get to adjust the monthly input and timeline that best suits your pocket.

5 Start when you’re ready

Once you’ve adjusted your plan to perfection, you can save it to your profile. When you’re ready to commit to your dreams, you can do so with the click of a button.

Who knew it could be that simple

All you need to begin your investment can be found right here online.
No paperwork. No phone calls. The next step is up to you.
